Picture update

Since the above picture was placed on this page about two months ago, I’ve received numerous comments.    Some 65 percent have been in opposition.

The main complaint was the smoking.  It’s difficult to remember when smoking was not only acceptable, but expected.  Now, however, those who smoke are deemed to be “lower class.”

Few object to the “younger” picture.

The one-third in favor of this picture seem to believe that it really does add to my “young turk” image much more than the picture of me at age 67.

I’m not certain what the next step will be.  I may change back.  I may get a new picture taken.  I may even come up with another “younger” picture of myself.  But I appreciate any and all comments.
