Spence named Lacey’s fourth city manager

The Scott Spence era in Lacey starts tomorrow. This evening, the Lacey City Council unanimously named former assistant Lacey City Manager Scott Spence, to the top job.
In his new job, Spence will supervise 251 full and part time employees and be responsible for a $107 million annual budget.
He will be paid $140,000.
