Transit diatribe apology noted
Last week’s diatribe on Intercity Transit was a spur of the moment response to an accident. After reviewing the tapes carried by the bus driver, it seems that the bus had nothing to do with the accident.
But, the actions of the transit agency’s insurance adjuster were out-of-line. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, she took an adversarial stance. She should be counseled to try to be more “customer oriented” because, afterall, it’s the taxpayers who pay her salary and its a taxpayer who wants the situation resolved.
My apologies to Intercity Transit staff and management, minus any apology to the insurance adjuster.
